Biography

She graduated from the MTF STU based in Trnava, where she later received a PhD degree. The scientific and pedagogical title of Associate Professor she gained at Comenius University in Bratislava in the study field of Management. At VŠEMvs in Bratislava, she worked as the Head of the Department of Management, a teacher and a member of the Quality Council. She has been actively involved in pedagogical, scientific, research (international projects: CRANET, HPDCEEUS, MIGP and national projects: APVV, VEGA, IGP) and publishing activities focused on human resource management, organizational culture and intercultural management in the context Industry 4.0.

She is the author and co-author of more than 70 publications, 25 of which are indexed in internationally recognized in scientific databases: CC, SCOPUS (h-index 6), WoS. She has been a member of several international scientific boards of scientific conferences and journals, moreover she is the founder of the JOBS4U Career Centre. Her social activities outside the academic sphere are focused on protection of animals, since 2006 she has been producing the TV monthly show called BEZBÚDOVCI, aimed at helping homeless dogs.
