The Institute of Management UCM in Trnava have been participating and solving several scientific and research projects.
The Institute of Management focuses on the fields of tourism, heritage tourism, management in the context of Industry 4.0, gamification in personnel management, the specifics of Generation Z in the work process, marketing, etc. Teaching staff as well as students at the Institute of Management are engaged in surveys and their processing, as part of their study, as obtaining high-quality information is crucial in the context of the study program Management in Tourism and Hospitality. The results of research activities are presented to students as a part of the pedagogical process and also are published both at Slovak and international conferences, in scientific monographs and also in important database journal publications.
