Biography

He is a Faculty of Management and Informatics graduate at the University of Žilina, where he completed his engineering studies in the Information Management programme. He is a PhD student in the same faculty in the Management study programme. To develop his professional skills, he has attended several courses and trainings organized by major companies and institutions such as The University of Helsinki, Google and CISCO. These courses focused on artificial intelligence, cloud technologies, the Internet of Things, cybersecurity and modern information systems.

His research focuses on the issue of decision support in the recruitment process using artificial intelligence, and his professional interests include areas such as management, information systems, information technology and human resource management. In his publications, he is particularly interested in using modern technologies to support various managerial functions. He applies this knowledge in the context of enterprises and links it to other areas such as transport, smart cities, public administration and sports management. He presents the results of his research through professional articles and active participation in international conferences in Slovakia and abroad.

These areas are closely linked to his professional experience, during which he has held various positions. His professional experience includes working as a team leader, technical support specialist, and, later, a branch manager. In these roles, he handled human resource management, technical infrastructure management and logistics tasks.
