At the University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava, faculty and students can receive a range of awards in recognition of their work, achievements, and contributions to the development of the academic community. Awards are presented for outstanding academic or research achievements, active participation in university life, successful representation, or long-standing, high-quality teaching.
These individual awards are a token of appreciation from the University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius for the work of the faculty and the activities of the students at the Institute of Management, who make a significant contribution to the reputation of the university and the institute at home and abroad.
The university also recognises students through the Rector’s Award, presented for outstanding academic achievements, active participation in university life, or successful representation in sport, culture, science, and other activities.
In addition to the Rector’s Award, students may also receive the Rector’s Commendation, awarded for a thesis of exceptional quality. This is a form of public recognition for students who have demonstrated exceptional academic proficiency and originality in their thesis.
