Biography

She is a graduate of all three levels of higher education in the Economics and Business Management programme at the Faculty of Business Management, University of Economics in Bratislava, where she also obtained a PhD (philosophiae doctor). During her academic career, she taught in the fields of corporate finance, business economics, entrepreneurship and corporate value management. She furthered her professional education by completing a specialised course at the Expert Institute of the University of Economics in Bratislava.

Her scientific and research work focuses primarily on corporate finance, business performance and sustainability, family businesses, reputation management, and issues in the cultural and creative industries. She has been actively involved in APVV and VEGA research projects, serving as a member of the research team on several of them.

She also combines her academic experience with professional practice. She has worked at the Expert Institute of the University of Economics in Bratislava and at the Audit Oversight Authority, giving her experience in applying economic and financial knowledge beyond the academic environment.

At the UCM Institute of Management in Trnava, her teaching and research focus primarily on finance, corporate finance, and issues affecting small and medium-sized enterprises.
