He works in the field of economics and management. In his research and teaching, he focuses primarily on public finance, public management, regulation, innovation and the evaluation of public policies.

He has over 23 years’ experience in higher education and research. He is the author or co-author of academic monographs, university textbooks and articles published in Slovakia and abroad. He has participated in domestic andesearch projects. He has a long-standing collaboration with international professional organisations and working groups in the field of regulation and standardisation. At the UCM Institute of Management, he is involved in teaching, research, project work, and the development of the Economics and Management degree programme.
