Biography

She graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava, where she earned a degree in economics and construction management. She later broadened her academic background at the Faculty of Social Sciences of Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Trnava in the field of Public Policy and Public Administration, successfully completing her doctoral studies with a PhD (doctor of philosophy). She has been consistently involved in project, programme, and portfolio management for a long time. She has also dedicated a significant part of her professional energy to developing project management within the non-profit sector. In Slovakia, she has long been active in the professional organisation IPMA Slovakia, holding several key roles such as certification assessor, committee member, and subsequently president of the organisation. She is also engaged internationally within the IPMA (International Project Management Association), where she has served in various professional roles, including as a certification system validator and member of the Certification and Validation Committee. In 2024, she was elected as IPMA Vice President for Professional Development.

Since 1 March 2026, she has been working as an assistant professor at the Institute of Management at St. Cyril and Methodius University in Trnava. In her teaching activities, she primarily focuses on project management. Her scientific and research work includes published professional papers, contributions presented at both domestic and international scientific conferences, and research studies published in internationally recognised scientific databases. She also actively participates in various student activities, including domestic and international project initiatives within the field of project management.
