Biography

She is a graduate of the doctoral study program in Finance at the Faculty of Economics of Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica, where she defended her dissertation focused on evaluating the effectiveness of public interventions in human capital development through financial instruments. Her research focused on the application of quantitative and qualitative methods. She demonstrates her expertise in scientific work primarily through the application of software and applied statistics. She is proficient in software such as Excel, EViews, Power BI, SQL, and SAP ERP, and possesses both professional and practical skills in economic analysis. During her studies, she was actively involved in APVV and VEGA scientific research projects. She participated in professional mobility programs in Romania, Greece, and Serbia as part of Education Affair events. In 2023, she also completed additional pedagogical training, which enables her to work actively in a university environment.

In her professional work, she combines theoretical knowledge with applied research, focusing on risk analysis, probability models, forecasting, and evaluating the effectiveness of public policies. In the field of education, she emphasises the development of analytical and critical thinking in students through working with real data. In addition to her scientific, research, and teaching activities, she remains actively involved in accounting and auditing.

As part of his scientific and research focus at the Institute of Management at UCM in Trnava, he explores areas including public finance, the tax system, macroeconomics, and microeconomics.
